Alvarado Vacation Rental is nestled in the mountains of Southwest Virginia at 26486 Denton Valley Rd, Abingdon, VA 24211, just two miles from the Creeper Trail, South Holston Lake, and Holston River. It is approximately 10-15 minutes driving distance from Abingdon and Damascus Virginia, and about 30 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway (NASCAR).
Damascus is a very small, quaint town with a shuttle service for bike riding to Whitetop Mountain. Trout streams, perfect for fishing all year round are also close to the town.
Abingdon is a very old town with lots of historic houses to tour and a variety of festivals throughout the year.

1. Directions from I-81. If traveling south take Exit 19. At the end of the ramp turn left. You will then be on Hwy. 58/11 which will immediately turn into Hwy. 58 toward Damascus. You will then travel 5 miles on Hwy. 58. On the right you will see two signs one says Alvarado Station and the other one Abingdon Winery, you will then turn right onto Rd. 722. You will travel 3 miles to Alvarado and after passing Alvarado Bible Church you will turn right onto the next road which will be Denton Valley Road. After turning you will travel 2 miles and the vacation home will be located on the left with a big green sign which say Alvarado Vacation Home.

2. If you are traveling north on I-81 you will take Exit 19. At the end of the ramp turn right and then follow the above address.
